We have extensive knowledge and experience in implementing systems that remove impurities e.g., CO2, H2S, NH3 and VOC’s from industrial, flue and biogases respectively.
In close cooperation with our partners the PROCEDE Group BV (Enschede) and Petrogas Gas-Systems BV (Eindhoven), we develop tailor-made, skid-mounted gas treatment systems for downstream gas conditioning and separation. Our scope of supply includes; gas conditioning stations for power and distribution purposes; upstream dehydration units; and many special projects.
We serve responsible energy producers worldwide, including EPC contractors and end users, and provide reliable turnkey solutions that cut down total cost of ownership.

PROCESSES
CO2 Capture
For the CO2-capture the system; Bilisol® was developed. In this technology, derived and further optimized from the well known and frequently applied amine acid-gas treating technology; the CO2 is selectively removed and obtained in a food-grade quality that enables utilization in an efficient and safe way and reducing costs for CO2 purchase and reducing carbon footprint.

The captured CO2 can be used for other processes. The Bilisol® solvent is a biodegradable solvent with a low degradation rate and very low, nearly negligible volatility.
Desulphurization
In order to remove the H2S, a novel and innovative desulphurization process called Vitrisol® has been developed, which is
1) 100% selective towards H2S,
2) Without co-absorption of CH4 and/or CO2,
3) Can obtain deep removal of H2S in one step,
4) Is cost effective,
5) Patented,
Depending on the volume of H2S to be removed, Vitrisol® can be operated either as a scavenger, with vitalization of the absorption liquid or with regeneration of the absorption liquid. Therefore, Vitrisol® can be applied to a wide range of gas streams to be treated, from small biogas streams with low concentrations of H2S up to large refinery/natural gas streams with high concentration of H2S.
